Client overview: FruttaMax is a manufacturer and distributor of private-label fruit syrups with a stellar product lineup. Their request was clear: they wanted to launch and manage their first-ever summer giveaway campaign, and they needed us to handle every aspect of it—from strategy to execution.

I. the challenge
FruttaMax had no prior advertising history or data that we could use, they were starting from scratch. With ad accounts needed to be set up from scratch, we had to build a comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring that this first major campaign would be a success.
II. DnD's strategy and plan
1. Comprehensive campaign plan: We crafted a detailed 3-month campaign plan, covering all essential areas:
marketing budgeting
target audience strategy & cost planning
marketing mix strategy
email marketing
paid media
organic media
the selection of the giveaway prizes.
We helped with the 1st fundamental question: what should be the prize? The prizes were carefully chosen based on market demand, market trend, and other important metrics.
2. Landing page development: We designed and developed a landing page specifically for the giveaway participants. Our team handled everything from UX design to web development and copywriting, the main point was a simple and effective landing page.

3. Social media strategy: We developed a comprehensive 3-month social media postings plan to maintain consistent engagement with the audience across platforms, and be basically everywhere possible, where potential participants are.
4. Account setup and analytics: We set up all necessary ad accounts, implemented Google Analytics 4, configured conversion tracking, and enabled Google Consent Mode to ensure compliance and accurate data collection.
5. Video production: We produced a 16:9 campaign video for YouTube ads and multiple 9:16 short-format videos for social media platforms. These videos were essential in grabbing attention, raising interest, and getting people to participate and indirectly influence sales volume positively.

6. Creative production: Our team created a wide range of social media ad creatives, in addition to the videos, to keep the campaign fresh and engaging throughout its duration. We also did the copywriting and supervised the postings for the 3-months social media plan.
7. Ad campaign launch: We launched Google Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns, alongside Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads. The goal was omnipresence : ensuring the audience could NOT miss the giveaway campaign.
8. Ongoing strategic consultation: We held weekly meetings with the executive team at FruttaMax and provided continuous strategic consultations, guiding them through crucial marketing decisions as the campaign progressed.

III. DnD's results
7.2 million impressions: The campaign achieved a staggering 7,200,000 impressions only from €5.000.
3,000+ Email list growth: We grew FruttaMax's email list by over 3,000 new subscribers.
30% YoY quarterly growth: The campaign led to a 30% year-over-year growth for that quarter, compared to the previous year.
Insanely cost-effective paid ads (‼️): 1 ad was shown at average for just €0.0007, or 0.07 cents. (you read that right)
TikTok Success: Generated 2,000,000 impressions on TikTok alone in just three months.
High Engagement: Nearly 35,000 engagements on Facebook and Instagram.

Given the nature of the product, success was NOT AT ALL just about digital marketing delivered by our team.
The role of FruttaMax's sales representation, logistics, and retail relationships was absolutely critical (with both large chains and smaller shops). Additionally, print PR played a significant role in reaching consumers through in-store publications like those of Tesco, for example. DnD helped with that too, but we did NOT manage relationships with these chains, and we can't express how much thankful we are for the amazing colleagues we got to meet in FruttaMax.
The campaign’s success was a shared achievement, relying on the exceptional work of FruttaMax's commercial representative and our marketing efforts.
